Hidden among the pine trees by the sea, the twin villas in Rovies, Northern Evia Island are a testament to beauty and functional simplicity. The work required both old-fashioned and contemporary materials system mix. We used our Premium KN76 series for windows, terrace doors, and folding/stacking doors with barrier-free sill for effortless access and top-notch sealing against water and wind. The Louvers K72 in Tinos style were fully fitted with stainless steel hardware to resist sea salt spray and environmental corrosion damage.
Our unique heat-welding corner process for windows, doors, louvers etc., provides a strong protection against corrosion. This innovative construction method ensures the longevity and functionality of each piece we manufacture, covering all gaps and holes without relying on degradable materials seal the joint.
Teaming up, the architect and the clients -who both had great experience in constructions- finalized the project along with our proposals and together we achieved our goal, to deliver two high-performance, energy-efficient, and aesthetically pleasing twin houses that line up perfectly with the breathtaking natural landscape.
