Set against the vibrant backdrop of India, the Jayanna Villa presented its own unique challenges and opportunities for innovation. The extremely hot local climate, high temperatures and monsoon rains required a special approach. Rainfall can be especially heavy in this region, releasing large amounts of water in a short period of time. This necessitated the use of our stylish Premium KN76 series with exterior hinged louvers and rotating slats in series Louvers K72 Cyprus style, for better control of light and airflow, making this a bioclimatic addition, as well as large lift and slide elements in our Premium HST K76 series with soundproof glazing.

Our collaboration with the architect was quite exceptional, resulting in exceeding their expectations for this project not only in terms of aesthetic vision and functionality but in security as well by using additional features such as special glazing or fixed railings at some ground level positions, all in high aesthetic , while maintaining the ease-of-use that are trademarks of our brand. To address the issue of noise pollution, we install high-performance, soundproof glass with special acoustic membranes to further reduce vibrations and achieve silence. The high airflow control that they achieve from these windows kept the villa free from dust and dirt or other environmental pollutants, further enhancing the quality of life for the residents.

Beyond just design and construction of the products, our team also took on the logistical challenges of shipping, handling and installation, ensuring that the project was delivered as seamlessly as possible.
